UV varnish for cosmetic hose
JF-3900 series PET hose glazing oil is the latest technology introduced by our company in the United States, after years of research and development, successfully developed a new type of glazing oil, dedicated to PET or PA hose roller glazing, its superior odor free and yellowing resistance formula design can completely replace the common thermosetting three-in-one hose glazing oil on the market. Other basic features of this series of glossy oils are strong adhesion and fast curing speed. Cured film colorless transparent, good flexibility, and divided into 3900A(hot stamping), 3900B(non-hot stamping) two options.
The 3900F is a matte type.

Notes
1. Construction process: the roller is cured by ultraviolet light after coating
2. The amount of oil depends on the brightness demand of the hose, generally 4-6g/m²
3. The amount of coating is too small or uneven oil will reduce the gloss
4. After oiling, it must be completely dry, otherwise there will be no wear resistance, scratches and other phenomena
