Vacuum coating UV varnish
Composition: polyurethane propionate, active diluent, photoinitiator, additive and solvent.
Application: Suitable for all kinds of vacuum coating products, such as mobile phone case, IT digital products, cosmetic packaging, bottle cap packaging, car light reflector, etc., can be widely used in aluminum plating, tin plating, indium tin alloy plating, etc.
8200 is vacuum coating UV topcoat, 7010 is vacuum coating UV medium coating (additive color),6200D is vacuum coating UV primer, 8200A is additive color wear-resistant UV topcoat, 8200F is full matt type.

Notes
1. If it is not a matching primer, please test the adhesion of the coating first, and confirm that it can be used in batch after meeting the requirements;
2. During the operation of this product, pay attention to the spray film thickness control to avoid vertical flow and other adverse phenomena;
3. When adding dyes, the solubility should be measured in advance, and then added to the paint after no problem;
4. If the product is stuck on the skin, rinse it immediately with water; Unused coatings should be sealed to avoid viscosity increase and stored in a dark, dry and ventilated place.
