Composition: polyurethane propionate, active diluent, photoinitiator, additive and solvent.
Application: Suitable for all kinds of vacuum aluminized products, such as mobile phone case, lighting, cosmetic packaging, bottle cap packaging, household appliances, electronic products, suitable for ABS,ABS+PC,HIPS, phenolic resin and other plastic products.
8100 is a vacuum coating UV topcoat, 7010 is a vacuum coating UV medium coating (additive color),6100D is a vacuum coating UV primer, 8100A is an additive color wear-resistant UV topcoat, 8100F is a full matt type.

Notes
1. If it is not a matching primer, please test the adhesion of the coating first, and confirm that it can be used in batch after meeting the requirements;
2. During the operation of this product, pay attention to the spray film thickness control to avoid vertical flow and other adverse phenomena;
3. When adding dyes, the solubility should be measured in advance, and then added to the paint after no problem;
4. If the product is stuck on the skin, rinse it immediately with water; Unused coatings should be sealed to avoid viscosity increase and stored in a dark, dry and ventilated place.
