Vacuum coating UV varnish

Composition: polyurethane propionate, active diluent, photoinitiator, additive and solvent.
Application: Suitable for all kinds of vacuum coating products and brand products, such as mobile phone case, IT digital products, automotive lights, etc., can be widely used in aluminum plating, tin plating, indium tin alloy plating, etc.

8300 is a vacuum coating UV topcoat, 7310 is a vacuum coating UV medium coating (additive color),6300D is a vacuum coating UV primer, 8300A is an additive color wear-resistant UV topcoat, 8300F is a full matt type.

Viscosity: 8~10±0.2 seconds (NK#2 cups 25℃)

Adhesion: 100/100(grid method)

Exposure intensity: 600mj-800mj/cm²

Hardness: H-2H(Mitsubishi pencil)

Alcohol resistance: 99% alcohol cotton cloth ×500g/cm²×300 times

Friction resistance: RCA 175g 300 cycles above

Storage stability: 6 months

Resistance to boiling: 100℃X30MIN 100 grid 4B+

Vibration wear resistance: 120MIN or more

Resistance to artificial sweat: Soak at 50℃ for 48 hours, wipe with wet gauze for 20 times, glossy oil does not fall off.

Hot and cold cycle: -20℃× 2H-65 ℃×2h×10 cycles

 

Notes

1. If it is not a matching primer, please test the adhesion of the coating first, and confirm that it can be used in batch after meeting the requirements;
2. During the operation of this product, pay attention to the spray film thickness control to avoid vertical flow and other adverse phenomena;
3. When adding dyes, the solubility should be measured in advance, and then added to the paint after no problem;
4. If the product is stuck on the skin, rinse it immediately with water; Unused coatings should be sealed to avoid viscosity increase and stored in a dark, dry and ventilated place.
