Plastic UV coating (Thin coating type)

Composition: polyurethane propionate, active diluent, photoinitiator, additive and solvent.
Uses: Used in ABS, ABS+PC, HIPS substrate, after special treatment can be used in PP,PET and other substrates. Such as color TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, audio, small household appliances and other household appliances shell; Automobile, motorcycle plastic parts, hardware parts; IT electronic products, cosmetic cases, laptops and other plastic shell, suitable for thick coating.

3300F is a matte type.

2. Excellent solvent resistance, good yellowing resistance, excellent wear resistance, salt spray resistance
3. The coating is endowed with good toughness, smoothness and high gloss; Suitable for thick coating, the maximum film thickness can reach 50-60um
4. With high fullness, excellent adhesion, high hardness, good scratch resistance

Viscosity: 15±2 seconds (NK#2 cups 25℃)

Adhesion: 100/100(grid method)

Exposure intensity: 600mj-800mj/cm²

Hardness: H-2H(Mitsubishi pencil)

Storage stability: 6 months

Solvent resistance: 99% alcohol cotton cloth ×500g/cm²×300 times

Friction resistance: RCA175g 500 cycles

Resistance to artificial sweat: 50℃ constant temperature bubbling for 48 hours, wipe with wet gauze 20 times, light oil does not fall off

Hot and cold cycle: -20℃× 2H-65 ℃×2h×10 cycles

 

Notes

1. If it is not a matching primer, please test the adhesion of the coating first, and confirm that it can be used in batch after meeting the requirements;
2. During the operation of this product, pay attention to the spray film thickness control to avoid vertical flow and other adverse phenomena;
3. When adding dyes, the solubility should be measured in advance, and then added to the paint after no problem;
4. If the product is stuck on the skin, rinse it immediately with water; Unused coatings should be sealed to avoid viscosity increase and stored in a dark, dry and ventilated place.
